2. Domain Registration Policy
All domain registration services are strictly non-refundable.
Once a domain has been registered, renewed, or transferred successfully, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all domain extensions.
3. VPS Server Refund Policy
All VPS Server purchases are non-refundable.
After a VPS server is activated or delivered, no refund, cancellation, or partial refund will be provided.
Customers are advised to verify their requirements before placing an order.
4. Dedicated Server Refund Policy
All Dedicated Server orders are non-refundable.
Once the server setup process has started or the server has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
5. Shared Hosting Refund Policy
Shared Hosting services include a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Customers may request a full refund within 7 days from the initial order date for any reason.
Important Conditions

Refund requests are accepted only within 7 days of the first hosting order.

Refunds are available only for Shared Hosting services.

Domain registrations, VPS servers, Dedicated servers, licenses, addons, setup fees, and third-party services are not refundable.

Abuse, fraud, spam activity, or policy violations will void refund eligibility.
6. Refund Abuse Prevention
To prevent misuse of our refund policy:

A customer may receive only one Shared Hosting refund within a 30-day period.

If a customer places multiple orders in the same month, refund eligibility will apply only to the first eligible order.

Repeated refund requests, abuse of services, or suspicious activity may result in refund denial and/or account suspension.
- Once approved,
refunds will take7 business to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
LIXOB reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent behavior.
7. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice if:

Illegal activities are detected

Spam or abusive usage occurs

Payment fraud is suspected
-
The customer violates our policies
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Maintaining backups of their data
-
Securing account credentials
-
Ensuring their usage complies with local and international laws
LIXOB is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or damages caused by third-party issues or customer actions.
9. Backup Policy
Customers are strongly advised to maintain their own backups at all times.
Although free backup facilities may be provided with some Shared Hosting services, such backups are offered as a courtesy feature only and may not always be available, accessible, or up to date due to technical issues, hardware failures, software errors, accidental deletion, corruption, cyber attacks, or other unexpected incidents.
LIXOB does not guarantee backup availability or successful data recovery and will not be held responsible for any data loss under any circumstances.
Free backups are not provided for VPS Servers or Dedicated Servers unless explicitly mentioned in the service plan.
For VPS Servers and Dedicated Servers, customers are fully responsible for managing and maintaining their own backups.
Shared Hosting plans may include free backups; however, customers must still keep their own backups. In case of any data loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or backup failure, LIXOB will not be held responsible.
Customers who purchase an additional Backup Service, Backup Plan, or Backup Addon may receive backup assistance from our team. In such cases, LIXOB will make reasonable efforts to help restore available backups, but successful recovery cannot be guaranteed.
By using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that maintaining independent backups is their own responsibility.
10. Billing & Payments
All invoices must be paid before the due date.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.
11. Modifications
LIXOB reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on our website will always apply.
