1. Shared Hosting Refund Policy

Shared Hosting services include a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Customers may request a full refund within 7 days from the initial order date for any reason.

Conditions for Shared Hosting Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original order date.

  • Refunds are applicable only to Shared Hosting services.

  • Refunds apply only to the first eligible hosting order within a 30-day period.

  • If a customer places multiple orders in the same month, only the first eligible order may qualify for a refund.

  • Abuse of the refund system may result in refund denial.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Registration

  • Domain Renewals

  • Domain Transfers

  • VPS Servers

  • Dedicated Servers

  • Software Licenses

  • SSL Certificates

  • Setup Fees

  • Addons and Extra Services

  • Third-Party Services

Once these services are activated, delivered, registered, or processed successfully, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted.


3. VPS Server Refund Policy

All VPS Server purchases are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for verifying server requirements, compatibility, software support, and technical knowledge before placing an order.

No refunds will be issued after server activation or delivery.


4. Dedicated Server Refund Policy

All Dedicated Server purchases are non-refundable.

Once provisioning or setup has started, refunds cannot be provided.


5. Domain Registration Refund Policy

All domain-related services are non-refundable.

Due to the instant nature of domain registration and registry processing, no refunds can be issued once a domain is registered, renewed, or transferred.

This policy applies to all domain extensions.


6. Refund Abuse Prevention

LIXOB reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving:

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Abuse of promotional offers

  • Spam or malicious activities

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

Accounts involved in abuse or suspicious activity may be suspended or permanently terminated.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before opening any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Service termination

  • Permanent ban from future services

Outstanding balances resulting from chargebacks may be forwarded for recovery or legal action where applicable.


8. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel services at any time through the client area or by contacting support.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically make the order eligible for a refund.


9. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method or payment gateway used.

LIXOB is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.


10. Policy Changes

LIXOB reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest published version on the website will always apply.
